📑 Terms & Conditions

At Pleroma Telecommunications, we believe in flexibility, fairness, and transparency. Our services are designed to be simple and customer-friendly, with no contracts, no hidden fees, and prepaid vouchers only.

1. No Contracts

  • All services are prepaid.
  • Customers are never tied into long-term commitments.
  • Access ends automatically when the prepaid voucher expires.

2. Voucher-Based Services

  • Internet access is available only through prepaid vouchers.
  • Vouchers can be purchased weekly, monthly, or per plan.
  • Each voucher clearly states its validity period and device limit.
  • Once expired, a new voucher must be purchased to continue using the service.

3. Service Validity

  • A voucher is valid only for the time period stated (e.g., one week).
  • Unused time on a voucher cannot be carried over.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.

4. Fair Use Policy

  • Speeds are as advertised per plan (e.g., 2 Mbps Student Deal, 5 Mbps Family Deal).
  • Each plan comes with a device connection limit.
  • Service must not be used for illegal activities or bandwidth abuse (bulk downloads, hacking, torrents).
  • Excessive or abusive use may result in reduced speeds, suspension, or termination of service.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Pleroma Telecommunications respects your privacy.
  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
  • Personal details are collected only for service activation, support, and legal compliance.
  • Internet usage data may be monitored for security, fraud prevention, and fair usage enforcement.
  • Customers are responsible for protecting their own devices from viruses or unauthorized access.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices can connect to Wi-Fi.
  • Customers are responsible for their online activity and must not use the service unlawfully.
  • Voucher codes must be kept secure and not shared beyond the permitted device limit.
  • Misuse of the service may result in suspension without refund.

7. Equipment Ownership & Installation Policy

  • All routers, antennas, CPEs, hotspots, or related equipment remain the sole property of Pleroma Telecommunications unless explicitly sold.
  • The installation fee is a service charge only. It does not transfer ownership of any equipment.
  • Customers are granted access to use this equipment only for the duration of their active service.
  • If a customer does not purchase a voucher for 3 consecutive months and fails to contact us, Pleroma reserves the right to uninstall and reclaim the equipment.
  • In the event of CPE or equipment removal, no refunds will be given for installation fees or prior services.
  • Customers may not tamper with, relocate, or damage Pleroma-owned devices. Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may result in a replacement fee.

8. Refund Policy

  • As services are prepaid and digital, vouchers are non-refundable once activated.
  • If a voucher was purchased but not activated, it may be exchanged for another voucher of equal value.
  • In the rare case of prolonged downtime caused by us, replacement vouchers may be issued at our discretion.

9. Coverage & Service Availability

  • Coverage is currently limited to specific areas Kwa-Thema.
  • Signal strength and speeds may vary depending on location, devices, and network load.
  • Service may be affected by power outages, maintenance, or technical faults.

10. Updates to Terms

By purchasing and using a Pleroma voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Pleroma Telecommunications reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to improve service quality and customer experience.
